Do you remember Nintendo's Virtual Boy? If you do retain any memory of the system, it's probably as tangible as a ghost's whisper. Nintendo's "first" 3D system, released in 1995, delivered black-and-red images via a visor that the player had to peer into. The Virtual Boy didn't do particularly well--actually, it bombed hard--and Nintendo ended its life swiftly.
But the Internet never forgets, and one Dutch gentleman has actually managed to put together a Virtual Boy emulator that runs on a 3D television! Take a look at the video, if you're nostalgic. Alas, the emulated picture is in black and white, not black and red. Still, it's an interesting way to preserve a nearly-forgotten piece of Nintendo's history.
