It's a good summer to be in Canada. Reports are coming in that Canadian branches of Wal-Mart have rolled back the price of the Nintendo 3DS to $198.00, and that Future Shop has the Nintendo 3DS on sale for $199.99. A visit to Wal-Mart Canada and Future Shop will provide you with quick verification.
This is a limited time sale, though: It seems to be carrying on through this weekend only. Hurry hurry hurry!
