Hotel Dusk: Room 215 was a critically-acclaimed "interactive mystery novel" released for the Nintendo DS in January of 2007. The life of Kyle Hyde gained a small but loyal following, and hopes were high when the game's developer, Cing, released a sequel in Japan. Unfortunately, Cing went belly-up early in 2010 and it looked as if Last Window: The Secret of Cape West would never receive an English release.
But according to Nintendo Europe's website, Last Window: Secret of Cape West is hitting European store shelves on September 17 of this year. Is a North American release far behind? No word yet, but we can only hope that we'll have a chance to give moody Kyle Hyde a chance to tie up some of the loose ends in his life.
